Do you ship?

Yes! Currently, shipping is available throughout the USA(excluding:Hawaii,Alaska,Puerto Rico)Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. All orders are packed & insulated with dry ice and shipped priority (2-3 days) via UPS or USPS by the following Tuesday/Wednesday after your order is placed.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

Yes, if you are only craving something small - the minimum purchase requirement is 1/2 dozen (cookies) or $25.

What happens if I can’t pick up my order?

If you are unable to pick up your order during the scheduled pick-up window, it will be donated. You may not pick up your order before or after the pick-up time, nor the following day. We will not be able to issue you a refund, exchange nor credit for your order. All orders are final and non-refundable. No special accommodations or exceptions will be made. Changes or cancellations will not be available during the pre-set scheduled pick-up time.

Do you offer any sugar-free items?

No, at this time we do not offer sugar-free items.

We do our best to source organic ingredients when available.
